I've always been really pale and I've never been able to walk up the stairs without stopping halfway so I don't pass out. I just thought I was unhealthy. I found out I was anemic today :|

I have slight Anemia so would it be safe for me to take an Iron pill now and then tomorrow morning if I took one this morning? I really want to give blood tomorrow at my school's blood drive.

I’m sorry this answer is probably too late but I normally take an iron pill twice a week. So if there’s a blood drive coming up I’ll take my pill me the night before. It depends on your prescription but please be careful with overdosing!

YES! My mom for the longest time just thought I was too lazy to do anything & then when they finally started me on iron pills, she finally understood. You’re never alone. (:
